ORDERING
How do I place an order?
First choose your favorite SeaShorts products in the right size and add them to the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping basket and check your order, if you click the 'proceed to checkout' button you will goto the next step where you can fill in your address details and choose a shipping method and payment method. The payment methods and shipping options vary by country. 
Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
If the order has not been shipped yet, it is possible to change or cancel the order by sending an email or contacting us by phone. We can not guarantee that we are able to see the mail in time. Therefore it is best to check the order extra carefully before placing it.
If an item is out of stock will it return?
We restock the first collection as much as possible and it will still be sold online. The new arrivals collection will no longer be restocked so order yours quickly!
SHIPPING
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
We have free tracked shipping. This method can be seen at the checkout page in the shopping cart.
Below is an overview of the delivery times. Once an order is placed, we will ship it the same day or the day after. Currently there may be delays due to Covid-19 at the shipping companies but we will do everything we can to get it to you as soon as possible.

We always do our best to deliver all of the items you have ordered. If an item is sold out, we will let you know.
How can I follow / see the status of my order?
Once you have placed the order you will receive a confirmation in your inbox. When the order leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking information to follow the package. It can take a few business days before the tracking information is updated by the shipping company.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?
It is possible that the email arrived in your spambox, therefore it is always useful to check it.

How do I pay for my order?
If you have placed products in the shopping cart, you can pay as a last step.
Are there any additional costs?
Unfortunately it can happen that there are import costs involed. Unfortunately we do not know in advance and can not guarantee that this will not happen. We are not liable for these costs.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges & returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days for an exchange or a refund.

You can specify in an email / facebook message / instagram direct message exactly the details of your return. A refund in the store, moeny back, or a different product and the reason why you are returning your SeaShorts product(s). We have free shipping but do not have free returns. That means you have to buy a shipping label at your local post office for the return.

To be eligible for reimbursement, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. Make sure the item is in its original, undamaged polybag, with the tag still attached. Please also make sure that the package is properly closed.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 4 days after we receive the item.

We do not cover returning costs and possible customs clearance costs will be deducted from the return amount.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
- Items with clear signs of use
- Items have been in contact with water
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not caused by our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

How do SeaShorts color changing swim trunks work?
SeaShorts swimwear responds to temperature changes. So, these color changing swim trunks need warmth and cold to show what they can do. When you are wearing the SeaShorts, they are (usually) warm duo to your body heat and the warmth of the sun. To make your SeaShorts change color, get cool! That means splash, jump or dive into the water and watch what happens.
Will the color-changing effect fade over time?
It completely depends on how you use the product. With increased exposure to UV light (the sun), the color change effect can diminish over time. There may come a time when the swimshorts no longer change color. We can't tell you precisely when the color-changing effect will stop, it depends on how often you use them on the intesity of UV radiation. Based on average use, we expect that the effect will last through a full season of summer fun.

Even once they stop changing the color, we can assure you that your SeaShorts will still be extremely comfortable.

2 tips to keep your SeaShorts looking its best:

*If you only wear your shorts in indoor swimming pools (without exposure to UV light) their color changing ability will last a lifetime.

*Don't hang the shorts to dry in direct sunlight (UV light). This degrades the color changing properties.
Do the shorts always work?
Yes, through extensive research, we have successfully developed a product that changes color anywhere in the world.
What size should I pick?
With the size chart you can find the perfect size for your shorts. If you are in between sizes we suggest to choose the bigger size.
